Collect ALL necessary paperwork from all parties involved
Coordinate with Lender(s) and submit proper paperwork
Generate closing documents
Provide solutions for UNUSUAL situations
A transaction processing fee of $495.00 is charged to generate all necessary contracts to secure the property for a buyer, help find a buyer, and to coordinate and validate insurance, escrow, any payoffs and arrearage information with lender(s). Fee may be paid by seller or buyer.
